This website is operated by Limina Tech Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 202201028241 (1473938-P)), No. 29A, Jalan Alfa F U/6F, Pusat Perdagangan Subang Permai, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Limina Tech Sdn Bhd.
What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you give us when you contact us through this website's enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email. This may include your name, phone number, email address, the address of your premises, and details about the security system or service you are asking about.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The enquiry form does not store anything on our website: it opens WhatsApp on your device with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you advice or a quotation.
- To arrange and carry out site inspections, installation, repair and maintenance work.
- To manage our service records, invoices and any maintenance contract with you.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to send you marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We only share your personal data where it is needed to provide the service you asked for, for example with our own staff and technicians, or where we are required to by law. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law for business and tax records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it securely.
